 Job Purpose

Serve the customer, selling tickets and ancillaries, resolving doubts and possible incidents, giving an agile response to the customer in accordance with the provisions of the procedures and standards manual with the aim of achieving the NPS target.

Main Accountabilities

• Ensure that the provisions of the procedures and standards manual are complied with.

• Achieve the established objectives for the offer and sale of Vueling products and services.

• Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand. 

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Serve customers and sell tickets and ancillaries and resolve questions and incidents.

• Manage disruptions and incidents in an agile manner or escalate when appropriate.

• Offer all types of services to interested clients or to generate interest.

• Solve doubts and complaints quickly and, if not possible, send them to the corresponding Department.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience 

• Ideally 1 year of experience in handling.

• Essential previous experience working in airports/aviation

• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.

Languages 

• Spanish C1

• English C1 (B2 is absolute minimum requirement)

• Rotating shifts (morning and afternoon- 4-5 hour workday). Department available 365 days a year.
