Do you want to play a key role in shaping a smooth, professional employee experience and enjoy being the person who makes the People engine run? As our People Operations Coordinator, you'll work end-to-end with the employee lifecycle and help build scalable processes that support a growing organization. 

What will your day look like?

In this role, you'll be at the center of the employee lifecycle, making sure People processes are smooth, accurate and on time, while also helping us strengthen how we work as we grow. You'll work closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll/Finance and IT, and you'll get real ownership of operational deliveries and the opportunity to improve and scale processes (templates, workflows, data and reporting). Your key tasks include: 

• Own and coordinate employee lifecycle operations (joiners, changes/movers, leavers) to ensure a smooth experience and timely handling 
• Prepare and manage employment documentation (offers, contracts, addendums, letters) incl. signatures, correct filing and version control 
• Be a go-to point for People Operations support, handling inquiries with pace, care and strong follow-through 
• Coordinate leave and absence administration (e.g., parental/sick/other leaves), ensuring accurate tracking and required steps are completed 
• Maintain HR system data quality and documentation compliance, ensuring clean records and strong retention practices 
• Support People reporting and insights, turning data into simple overviews that help stakeholders make decisions 
• Drive process improvements that reduce friction, improve turnaround times and strengthen the employee experience (incl. templates, checklists and guides) 

Who are you going to work with?

You will be part of our People Experience team of around 20 colleagues. While our headquarters are in Copenhagen, the People team is distributed across regions, supporting a highly international organization with colleagues from many different backgrounds. As the business continues to develop, our ways of working and People processes evolve alongside it, so you can expect variety, a fast pace and plenty of opportunities to learn and improve how things are done. 

What do you bring to the table?

You enjoy coordination and operational work, take pride in accuracy and can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. You are structured, proactive and comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. In addition, you: 

• Have experience from a People Operations or HR operations/coordinator role 
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a clear follow-through mindset 
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally 
• Are confident working with systems and data (HRIS experience is a plus - we use HiBob) 
• Have solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and enjoy learning new tools
