Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience
- 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, client facing, or operational role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and authentically.
- Excellent communication skills with strong judgement, including tailoring tone and depth based on audience.
- Demonstrated composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Experience collaborating with vendors and/or clients.
- Comfort interacting with senior leadership and speaking up when appropriate.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and drive continuous improvement.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Job Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients. The NA Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting and solution services for Visa's issuer, merchant, acquirer, or co-brand partners in the United States. We apply deep expertise in the payments industry to provide solutions to assist clients with their key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability. The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services to deliver solutions that address unique challenges in areas such as improving profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments and managing risk. The Strategy and Operations (S&O) team supports the North America VCA team through setting standards, developing foundational processes, and driving operational performance for the consulting organization. This Associate, Resource Management role will be the central liaison for internal stakeholders, vendor, and clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly collaborative team player who is flexible and proactive at identifying and resolving issues. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, S&O.
Responsibilities
Client & Vendor Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with both clients and vendors.
- Serve as a reliable partner to external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding & offboarding process
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and senior leadership, participating in discussions, sharing insights, and supporting decision‑making.
- Escalate issues appropriately, ensuring the right stakeholders are informed at the right time.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor workflows, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively recommend solutions and process improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities with composure, ensuring follow‑through and timely completion of deliverables.
