AIGÜES DE BARCELONA, one of the companies in our group, is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Wastewater Treatment Plant) for the offices of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area with an interim contract

This person will be responsible for ensuring the correct management of samples and orders in the laboratory, as well as carrying out administrative tasks within the scope of their functions.

Main functions:

  • Manage orders and suppliers in the Ordinis system and track their status throughout the analysis process.
  • Process accounting transfers and provide support in billing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate plant records and documentation, in accordance with established protocols.
  • Provide support in data entry and database management to ensure information accuracy.
  • Perform other transversal administrative tasks as necessary to support the plant
