At our Bailén HUB, we're searching for a Team Leader with a passion for team management, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

What will you do on a daily basis?

• Coordinate the teams of the Madrid, Valencia, Bailén, Zaragoza, and Benavente Hubs.

• Oversee operations at these centers.

• Train and develop the team; ensure all team training is completed.

• Collaborate with key departments during your shift.

• Monitor service KPIs.

• Coordinate workplace accident procedures.

• Lead HPMs (HUB Planning Meetings).

• Serve as backup for the Team Leaders at the Bailén center.

What are we looking for in you?

• Higher Vocational Training (university degree is a plus).

• Intermediate-advanced level of English.

• Experience leading teams (highly valued).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).

• Driver's license.

• Flexibility is essential within our organization, including for this position: Night shift: 23:00 - 08:00.
