We are one of the most promising startups of 2025 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, Paris and Milan. We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere 💥.

Responsibilities |

• Assess, analyze and evaluate real estate assets in the market
• Contact individuals interested in buying or selling assets
• Intermediate real estate transactions between parties
• Develop strategies to increase the Ukio portfolio of available assets and connect them with interested parties
• Collaborate with internal Ukio team or external contributors in order to maximize Ukio's rentability on intermediation deals

About you |

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Show motivation and interest in real estate, leasing or brokerage.
• Good knowledge of the Madrid real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments.
