Purpose of Role

To support the Head of Compliance on all areas relating to regulatory compliance

in the United Kingdom in line with FCA regulations.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the day-to-day compliance in line with regulatory and legal requirements and the company's policies and procedures

• Performing risk assessments in relation to compliance risks

• Assist in the drafting of compliance related reports to the authorities (FCA)

• Draft, modify and implement the company's policies, procedures and handbooks, as needed to reflect industry best practices, the evolving regulatory environment and changes to the business

• Research, identify and report on a wide variety of compliance related matters due to the introduction of new legislation or best practices

• Maintain oversight of the relevant Compliance registers

• Assist in the function's strategic planning and decision making

• Liaise with auditors/examiners during compliance audits/examinations as assigned

• Perform desk-based reviews to the company's functions, systems and procedures as per the Company's Compliance Monitoring Program

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-performance environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset

• Excellent writing skills

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
