🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion & Sales: Effectively promote Theramex's portfolio, including treatments for menopause, fertility, contraception and osteoporosis to healthcare professionals such as gynecologists, endocrinologists, and general practitioners.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers to support product adoption and patient care. 

• Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning. 

• Educational Initiatives: Organize and conduct educational sessions, product presentations, digital activity and workshops to disseminate information on new products and treatment protocols. 

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence in the designated CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 

📚 Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree; Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field would be consider an advantage. 

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within women's health or related therapeutic areas. 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Romanian; proficiency in English is a considered a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus. 

• Licensing: Valid driver's license with the flexibility to travel within the assigned territory 

• Area of responsibility: counties of Timis, Hunedoara, Arad si Caras Severin
