We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager Logistics who will be responsible for developing and implementing the global procurement strategy. You will work closely with a Senior Global Category Manager and other key stakeholders, manage various procurement categories to help the organization reach its strategic sourcing goals.

About the job

  • Develop and update strategic category plans in line with procurement policies.
  • Lead global sourcing initiatives and manage end-to-end source-to-contract processes.
  • Oversee multiple sourcing projects, ensuring measurable savings and effective prioritization.
  • Act as primary liaison for stakeholders and suppliers, managing tenders and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and technical teams.
  • Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and spend optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with legal/internal policies and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  • Drive the implementation of sustainability policies with suppliers by promoting responsible sourcing practices and identify and manage sourcing risks.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree and minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in logistics.
  • Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across regional and global markets.
  • Deep procurement expertise, including purchasing guidelines, legal documentation, and risk management.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP/ARIBA, S2C processes, and MS Office (Excel).
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence and build trust with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and resilient, with a continuous improvement and can-do mindset.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork and consistently delivers impactful outcomes in both cross-functional and hierarchical settings.
