YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You will provide high-quality support for Windows and macOS client issues at HQ Pullach, including MS Office, OS troubleshooting, and third‑party software support
  • You will manage installations of client hardware such as laptops, peripherals, NUCs, meeting room PCs, and support printer setup and issue resolution
  • You will coordinate service providers and oversee hardware repairs, inventory accuracy, and hardware lifecycle activities
  • You will support user environments by handling onboarding and offboarding tasks, password resets, MFA issues, and Azure/Entra troubleshooting
  • You will prepare and support meeting rooms and events by configuring Teams setups, audio systems, and assisting with internal and external company events
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide VIP support, assist with relocations, and contribute to IT projects that improve our overall infrastructure and user experience

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • IT Support Expertise Experience in IT support roles and operational management
  • Vendor Interaction Ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers and external partners
  • Hands-on Mindset Practical, solution-oriented approach to daily challenges
  • Communication Excellent English skills with the ability to engage clearly and professionally
  • Organization Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
