🚀 The role

We are looking for an experienced IT Product Owner to join our Internal IT Team within the Enterprise Platform department. Our mission is to empower and enable everyone at Signicat to be as effective as possible.

In this role, you will be the crucial link between our employees, business stakeholders, and the IT team while at the same time participating and supporting in the operational work. You will ensure our internal systems and processes are streamlined and effective, enabling everyone to do their best work. You will take ownership of the backlog for key internal IT products and services, drive improvements, and deliver tangible value that aligns with Signicat's strategic goals. For a candidate who demonstrates strong leadership, this position offers a clear path to future team management. You will report to the VP Enterprise Platform.

🎯 Who we're looking for

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for technology and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, ready to take on a leadership role to improve our internal IT landscape. We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Product Owner, IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience or potential: A track record as a Product Owner or IT Business Analyst, or a demonstrated passion and aptitude for the role.

  • Deep technical understanding: A solid grasp of IT systems, cloud services, and enterprise tools (like Microsoft 365, Azure, Google, Atlassian, etc.).

  • A collaborative spirit: A demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • A proactive and structured mindset: A talent for prioritization, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a drive to get things done.

  • Familiarity with modern ways of working: Comfort with Agile principles and IT service frameworks.

What success looks like in your first year:

  • Improved Backlog Management: You will have established a transparent and prioritized backlog for our key internal IT products, directly aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

  • Clear Stakeholder Communication: You will have implemented a clear and effective communication flow, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed about progress, priorities, and timelines.

  • Tangible Employee Enablement: You will have delivered key improvements and initiatives that demonstrably enhance employee productivity and satisfaction with our internal IT tools and services.

  • Strong Cross-functional Relationships: You will have built strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company, establishing yourself as a trusted partner for the IT team.

  • Measurable Value Delivery: You will have successfully overseen the delivery of several key initiatives from the backlog that provide measurable value to the organization.

Salary

3,500-3,950 €/mon. gross. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
