MAIN PURPOSE
Enhance brand awareness and visibility through continuous exposure and viral impact, while fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders (media, influencers, KOLs, and PR/Media agencies).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PR & Digital Campaign
• Develop strategic PR and Digital plans to achieve campaign-specific objectives.
• Implement creative ideas and high-impact tactics to capture the attention of target audiences.
• Ensure alignment with the regional team by incorporating global feedback into local activations.
2. Earned Media & Influence Leadership
• Amplify brand presence by securing media coverage (e.g., magazines, broadcasting).
• Produce high-impact content in partnership with local celebrities and KOLs.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with media, KOLs, influencers and MUAs, while identifying emerging talent.
3. Digital Advertisement
• Plan and execute digital advertising to reach target audiences across the full purchase journey.
• Diversify creative assets and optimize targeting, formats, and platforms to achieve KPI targets.
• Manage owned digital channels and oversee keyword strategy for brand search (SEM).
4. Consumer Engagement
• Lead the end-to-end development of brand events to deepen customer engagement.
• Proactively identify and secure opportunities to penetrate new market segments for customer acquisition.
• Monitor social listening and sentiment to stay ahead of consumer conversations.
5. Strategic Operational Excellence
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to maintain a competitive brand position.
• Implement agile actions to address critical business matters(e.g., risk management, sales trends).
• Manage campaign budgets, prioritizing investment in key franchises to drive growth.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in PR, influencer marketing, or communications, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Proven track record in end-to-end development and execution of integrated communications strategies.
• Strong capability in planning, budgeting, and managing external agencies and vendors.
• Deep understanding of the Korean media landscape and influencer ecosystem.
• Native-level Korean and fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile and forward-thinking, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining strong attention to detail and results focus.
