Advisory Partner Solution Consultant

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business and go-to-market strategy for IT solution business, business process services business and other solution consulting business as internal business strategist, Pre-sales, consultant or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy, industry context, and technology solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working directly with partners, system integrators, or technology alliances.
  • Experience shaping or scaling partner practices, offerings, or go-to-market motions.

Technical & Domain Expectations

  • Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and workflow-based solutions (conceptual/architectural level).
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled use cases, automation patterns, and data-driven workflows.
  • Ability to whiteboard architectures and clearly articulate solution value.
  • Deep familiarity with at least one industry vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector); working knowledge of others is a plus.

Job Description

  • The Partner Solution Consultant (PSC) is a senior, partner-facing role responsible for driving holistic partner growth through business development, solution strategy, and AI-first technology adoption.
  • As the primary strategic advisor to assigned Global and Strategic Regional partners, the PSC helps partners build, scale, and monetize differentiated solutions by translating platform capabilities, AI innovation, and industry context into repeatable, outcome-driven offerings.
  • This role consolidates responsibilities traditionally split across partner business development, partner technology strategy, and partner solution advisory functions into one accountable role, while leveraging specialist teams for deep technical execution and delivery.

◆Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Business Development

  • Serve as the primary strategic interface for assigned partners, building trusted relationships with partner executives and practice leaders.
  • Lead joint business planning to align partner investments, industry focus, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Advise partners on practice growth, specialization strategy, and readiness for AI-enabled offerings.
  • Influence partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through offer-led strategy and solution differentiation.

Solution & Technology Strategy

  • Drive solution strategy, helping partners align offerings to high-value industry workflows and customer outcomes.
  • Translate platform and AI capabilities into partner-differentiated, scalable solutions.
  • Maintain strong workflow fluency across enterprise domains (e.g., CRM, IT, Security, Corporate Services like HR).
  • Guide partners in designing repeatable, sales-ready solutions aligned to enterprise and industry frameworks.

AI-First Innovation & Solution Co-Creation

  • Champion AI-first solution design, including intelligent workflows, automation, and agent-based use cases.
  • Orchestrate partner engagement with internal innovation, solution specialist and workflow design teams to accelerate solution development.
  • Ensure partner offerings progress from concept to validation and scalable commercialization as Joint GTM.
  • Promote responsible, enterprise-ready AI adoption aligned to governance and trust standards.

Value Engineering & Executive Advisory

  • Connect solution strategy to measurable business outcomes (e.g., efficiency, growth, ROI, time-to-value).
  • Support executive-level conversations with clear value narratives and outcome-based storytelling.
  • Partner with internal value and business architecture teams to define success metrics and adoption models.
  • Act as a credible advisor across strategy, transformation, and innovation discussions.

Orchestration & Internal Alignment

  • Coordinate across internal specialist teams (solution, AI, value, governance) to deliver a unified partner experience.
  • Align closely with partner management, sales, enablement, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Ensure partners experience one coherent engagement model, not fragmented touchpoints.
