Position Overview

The Senior Operations Finance Analyst will support the U.S. business with a clearly split scope: approximately 50% of the role focused on Billing and Accounts Receivable operations, and 50% dedicated to accounting close, financial reporting, and performance management.

The position combines hands-on execution with analytical responsibilities, ensuring accurate billing, a reliable month-end close, and clear financial insights for the business. This role is predominantly remote, with an expectation to work from the office approximately once per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Operations: Coordinate project-related financial operations to ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant billing and AR processes.

  • Process Control: Act as the primary control point to ensure billing execution is complete, consistent, and on time.

  • Month-End Close: Lead and ensure an accurate and timely month-end close, overseeing main accounting activities.

  • International Reporting: Coordinate with international teams to meet group financial reporting requirements and deadlines.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, including actuals versus budget and forecast, and clearly explain key variances to the business.

  • Payroll Coordination: Coordinate payroll processes with external providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.

  • Tax & Compliance: Act as the primary liaison with external tax advisors to ensure timely tax filings and full compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years of finance experience in corporate finance is required.

  • Hybrid Work: Ability to work predominantly remotely with the expectation to work from the office approximately once per week.

  • Work-Life Balance: 3+ weeks of paid vacation, a flexible holiday schedule, and hybrid working arrangements that balance on-site and remote work.
