As a SAP PA Junior Consultant, you will help implement, configure, and support the SAP Personnel Administration and Employee Self - Service module, enhancing clients' HR processes and portal solutions. Your expertise in SAP HCM best practices will contribute to the success of client projects and HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and with diverse teams to deliver SAP HCM solutions.

  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Employee Self - Service  Consultant

  • Guide customers both on-site and remotely using SAP Best Practices.

  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and training sessions.

  • Assist stakeholders in their digital transformation with SAP solutions.

  • Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.

What You Bring:

  • 1 + years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM Personnel Administration or Employee Self - Service  Consultant (preferred)  or other SAP HCM solution (optional)

  • Base knowledge of polish Personnel Administration regulations

  • Familiarity with SAP HCM on-premise solutions (preferred).

  • Understanding of HR business processes.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience with SAP Cloud methodologies (Activate) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of EC Payroll is a plus.

  • Native language Polish (preferred)

  • English at minimum B2 level
