Which tasks can you expect?

  • Independent and autonomous preparation of payroll accounting (including special features, such as accounting for mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, short-term employees) for Swiss customers

  • Maintenance of master and transaction data

  • Time recording and certification

  • Creation of statistics and evaluations

  • Contact person for the assigned customer as well as for various offices, health insurance companies or social insurance carriers

  • Implementation of the year-end process and answering the resulting questions

What do you have to offer?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll

  • Proficiency in SAP HCM

  • Good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Practical experience in dealing with a common billing system

  • Knowledge of income tax and social security law

  • Experienced handling of the common MS-Office tools (Excel in particular)

  • Independent, conscientious, and well-structured way of working

  • Strong service and customer orientation
