Who We're Looking For:
· You bring a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in managing the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to tax reporting, preparing bank files, calculating vacation pay, and beyond.
· You thrive in dynamic settings, are proactive, and have a growth mindset, with a keen interest in making impactful contributions to a vibrant organization.
· You are proficient (C2) in Finnish and have a strong command of English (B2), coupled with a solid grasp of Finnish employment laws and payroll regulations before considering a potential move to Spain.

Your Role Will Include:
· Overseeing the full payroll process for Finnish clients, ensuring detailed and accurate execution.
· Participating in team efforts to streamline processes and enhance service quality through innovative technological solutions.
· Providing expert support and handling complex payroll queries with dedication and precision.
