Scopely is looking for a Social Content Manager to join our Monopoly Go! Team in Culver City on a hybrid basis, working 3 days in the hub!

As Social Content Manager, you will own and drive the day-to-day social presence of Monopoly GO! across platforms with millions of followers. This is a creative, hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social, has a sharp POV on culture and trends, and knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.
You will have real ownership of our channels from pushing creative forward to executing content that is native, timely, and culturally relevant with the opportunity to experiment, innovate, and shape how MONOPOLY GO! shows up on social.
What You'll Do:
- Own channel execution: Run the day-to-day social presence for Monopoly GO!, owning the content calendar, publishing, and approvals across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
- Create & experiment: Ideate and create social-first content, experimenting with formats like memes and short-form video to drive cultural relevance and engagement.
- Track platform updates and cultural trends, moving quickly to create timely, platform-native content.
- Drive strategy through execution: Translate marketing priorities, live ops beats, and cultural moments into a tightly run content calendar, daily posting, and always-on social engagement.
- Brief agencies and internal creative partners, provide clear creative feedback, and oversee asset delivery from concept through publishing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to align social execution with campaigns, launches, and live ops priorities.
- Engage & optimize: Execute always-on organic boosting and use performance insights to iterate and improve creative.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years experience owning and running brand social channels in a fast-moving environment.
- A creative social professional who lives and breathes internet culture and has a strong POV on social.
- Expert knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and social publishing tools like Sprout Social.
- Comfortable operating with speed, autonomy, and accountability.
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below.
