You will directly support a Senior Management Support Specialist at GCO CLEO Private Cloud Operations Cross Delivery team at SAP SE, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly for a senior manager and a team of approximately 150 employees and 100 external consultants. This role gives you practical, hands-on experience in corporate administration, vendor management, and executive support within a global technology company.

What you'll build

• Maintain and update Excel budget tracking lists for a pool of ~100 external consultants, monitoring spend against budget targets
• Support the monthly review and approval of timesheets for external consultants in SAP Fieldglass
• Assist in monitoring contract deadlines (Statements of Work) and preparing timely renewals
• Help collect and consolidate manager status reports, including sending reminders and follow-ups
• Support the preparation of presentations and slide decks in PowerPoint

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Computer skills: Solid MS Excel skills (tables, lists, basic formulas); proficiency in Outlook and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Teams
• Language skills: Fluent English (min. C1), both written and verbal; German is beneficial
• Soft skills: Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines; proactive team player who takes ownership
• Working from Walldorf/St.Leon Rot is required

Where you belong

You will be joining the Cross Delivery Team - a centralized, cross-functional unit within SAP GCO CLEO Private Cloud Operations. The team ensures consistent implementation and governance of Security, Compliance, Monitoring Tools, Projects, Delivery processes, Knowledge management and Learning across all delivery streams supporting RISE with SAP customers.

Directly reporting to the Head of the Cross Delivery Unit, you will support the Senior Management Support Specialist and gain first-hand insight into how a globally operating unit within SAP manages its delivery processes, external workforce, and executive administration.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
