Santander CIB is looking for a SENIOR JAVA- SPRING WEBFLUX DEVELOPER

based out of MÁLAGA office.

Our job is to define, execute and support Markets Distribution (SCIB) tools all while ensuring business continuity and supporting our product owners in exploring new opportunities based on digitalization.

‍Your main tasks will be:

• Coordinating and organizing the work focused on the needs of our client in Latam.

• Supporting the internal client.

• Identifying training, upgrading or retraining needs in order to maintain technical competencies.

• Facilitate the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process followed by the team.

• User GAP analysis, definition, development.

• Manage multiple projects and requests concurrently, each at various stages and with their own stakeholders and technologies, being able to successfully follow their requirements and deadlines.

Professional Experience

• 5 years of experience in software development projects.

Education

• Have training or certification in project management or Agile methodologies (Lean certifications).

Languages

• Fluent in English (Required)

• Fluent in Spanish (Preferred)

Hard Skills

• Experience with back technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Spring Data/JPA, Hibernate.

• Ability to analyze SW components and able to modify SW in case it is required.

• Experience in financial products (FX, FI, Rates) and technology, especially in the Wholesale Banking area.

• Experience with Angular and Front Technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery).

Soft Skills

• Self-organized work attitude and excellent time-management skills

• Highly analytical profile and ability to know the detail.
