JOB DESCRIPTION
Azul Handling is looking for Team Leaders for the summer season at its Barcelona Airport. The Team Leader is the person responsible for the aircraft departure process, maintaining direct and continuous communication with the flight crew and ensuring that all parties involved comply with established procedures to guarantee safety throughout the process. The tasks that may be required include the following:

Proactively control and supervise all auxiliary services (Fuel, PRM, Catering, Jet bridges, etc.) involved in the turnaround, in coordination with all parties involved.
Be knowledgeable about all start and end times of any auxiliary service and be able to identify the causes of a possible delay.
Conduct "pre-turnaround" briefings with the assigned work group(s) before the aircraft arrives and at the corresponding stand, reporting relevant details of the flight to be dispatched, as well as reviewing safety procedures and "Just Culture" to ensure a safe and punctual dispatch.
Conduct "post-turnaround" briefings with the involved work group(s) after the aircraft departs and still at the corresponding stand, reviewing and assessing the turnaround and, in case of delays and/or incidents, identifying the causes that led to them.
Carry out a visual inspection of the GSE that will be used on the aircraft, once prepared in the ESA and before the aircraft arrives.
Assist the cabin crew and/or technical crew when necessary, as well as provide any type of documentation and/or information required by them.

REQUIREMENTS
High level of English.
Ability to perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately.

Skills in dealing with the different parties involved (flight crews, auxiliary services, etc.).
Minimum 1 year of experience performing ramp agent tasks.
Availability to work shifts (morning, afternoon, night), including holidays.
