What do we do?

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.

All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

What will you do?

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve the established sales targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize performance in the assigned region.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.

  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Manage the regional budget and ensure the efficient use of resources.

  • Ensure that all sales and operational activities comply with company regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or related scientific fields.

  • Ideally based in Emilia Romagna/Toscana.

  • Strong scientific and medical knowledge, particularly in psychiatry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a designated territory.
