Qualifications
All internships are located in Amsterdam, at our Central Head Office. We are looking for interns for 32-40 hours a week, from the 1st of September 2026 for a period of 6 months.
Other requirements are:
- Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/ BA/Hotel Management/ Marketing/Branding other*
- You are currently based in the Netherlands and can work from our Amsterdam office
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
- You can work with Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel

Operational Excellence & Localisation Team
Our team functions as the operational backbone and localization hub of the marketing department and content and design studio within Rituals. We are optimizing essential organizational processes and promoting tool adoption within our CHO-LHO marketing department. As well as advancing translation processes to ensure high quality adaption to market. The team's goal is to streamline end-to-end processes by structuring, simplifying, and automating manual activities to create more time on marketing specialist hands.
Your responsibilities:
In the Operation Excellence & Localisation Team, you will support the entire team with daily tasks and projects. This includes assisting in understanding the processes of each marketing discipline, identifying overlaps and synergies, as well participating in tool implementation projects (e.g. AI implementation for translations and creative processes, POS material automatization). You will also help maintain style sheets, marketing USP, and translations in 25 languages. Your tech-savviness, eye to detail and structured approach are essential for success.
