- Responsible for domestic transportation activities according to customer requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand to customers' business needs
and advise appropriate solutions.
- Ensure Rhenus's service always meets customer requirements.
- Monitor, collect data and report service implementation to customers and subcontractors about
the effectiveness of services provided to Rhenus.

- Contact the distributor, partner to solve problems before and after completing the phone delivery
process or via e-mail
- Establish and monitor the project's profits, and implement the reconciliation process and payment
with customers and subcontractors.
- Guide and monitor the jobs allocated to employees for employees to complete the job
- Regularly open meetings with subcontractors and team members to communicate information for
improvement
- Organize training and guide Subcontractors to meet the requirements of customers and Rhenus
- Other jobs required by superiors.

- Have capable and experienced in vehicle dispatching, planning and calculation

- Have good communication skills

- Skilled in managing and training employees

- Honest, sociable, careful, able to work independently

- Graduated from University/College - 3 years of experience in a 3PL environment

- Good in Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Good in English is an advantage
