Principal Responsibilities - Talent Management :
Talent Development & Succession
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) function to design and implement talent development initiatives such as Assessment & Development Centres and Career Acceleration Programs
  • Lead and manage mentoring programs to support professional growth
  • Develop and deliver executive coaching interventions to enhance leadership capability
  • Identify and maintain critical roles to support strategic and operational priorities
  • Conduct talent assessments and support succession planning to build a strong internal talent pipeline
Performance Management (Custodian)
  • Oversee the complete Performance Management cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Anchor goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end appraisals, and calibration/normalization processes
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure process adherence through regular follow-ups with HR Business Partners
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HCM integrations (Zing HR & Workday) and PMS templates
  • Facilitate employee and manager orientation sessions and manage PMS-related queries
Employee Engagement & Listening
  • Design and implement customized employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR BPs
  • Conduct employee connects, stay interviews, and pulse surveys across the HR lifecycle
  • Serve as SPOC for Culture Assessments and Employee Engagement Surveys, including action planning and outcomes
Management Trainee Program & Onboarding
  • Lead the Rhenus Management Trainee and onboarding programs to ensure effective integration
Talent Metrics & Exit Analysis
  • Track, analyze, and present talent metrics related to workforce trends, retention, and exit studies

What You Bring:

Required Candidature :
  • 4-10 years of experience in HR with exposure to talent management, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems and adaptability to new tools and best practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
