Financial Management

• Manage sales budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.

• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous development.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales leadership role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of global logistics markets and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel globally as required.
