Rhenus Logistics AB is looking for a Freight Forwarder (Speditör) for our Malmö office. In this role, you will manage the full transport chain - from planning and booking to follow-up and invoicing - ensuring efficient and high-quality transport flows for our customers.

You will work closely with customers, carriers, and colleagues to maintain strong relationships, secure reliable operations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position is part of an engaged traffic team where collaboration, service quality, and operational development are key priorities.

As Rhenus continues implementing a new shared Transport Management System (TMS), the role also includes supporting process development, cross-border collaboration, and strengthening our customer-focused logistics offering.

We are looking for someone with experience in freight forwarding or transport logistics, strong communication skills in Swedish and English, and a structured, solution-oriented approach with a clear customer focus. Additional language skills and experience with modern TMS systems are considered an advantage.
