What You Can Expect:
- Full management of import processes: case opening, document analysis, and verification of legal requirements
- Coordination of inspections, preparation of customs declarations, and monitoring of expiration deadlines
- Management of advance payments and coordination with the treasury department
- Continuous tracking of each operation within the system and ongoing communication with clients
- Coordination of operational staff when applicable
- Support in data entry of customs declarations and uploading technical documentation/plans
What You Bring:
Technologist or Professional degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields
1-2 years of experience in import customs processes
Intermediate knowledge of customs regulations
Experience managing customs platforms and electronic filing systems
Experience in customs agency (Mandatory and exclusive requirement)
Strong organizational and communication skills
English proficiency (written and verbal)
Location: Américas Office (near RCN), Bogotá, Colombia
Employment Type: Full-time - Indefinite Term Contract
Work Modality: On-site for the first 2 months; afterward hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (1 Saturday per month)
