About the role
Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.
We're looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to assess our capital position and manage market risk profiles (like FX, interest rates, and credit risks). You'll also oversee various Treasury procedures, looking for ways to optimise processes.

What you'll be doing
- Managing capital plans and reviewing subsidiary plans
- Supporting business decision making and associated capital actions
- Performing regular capital forecasts and assessing ongoing capital adequacy
- Maintaining up-to date knowledge and understanding of capital regulation requirements and risk management
- Supporting, developing, and monitoring key risk indicators to ensure adequate capital levels for the Group and its subsidiaries
What you'll need
- 4+ years of treasury management experience, with a keen focus on capital, working in a financial institution or fintech firm
- A solid understanding of UK/European banking regulations (CRR/PRA Rule Book, etc.)
- Forecasting skills and a track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management
- Excellent problem-solving skills to break down complex issues, identify the root cause, and create elegant solutions
- Expertise in treasury concepts
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN20,200 - PLN22,500 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
