Revolut People is the engine behind Revolut's historic growth to over 7,500 employees. An HCM platform designed and built to solve the challenges of modern, ambitious businesses. It's one solution for the complete employee journey, simplifying all things people ops and giving employees the tools they need to be more productive. We're looking for a superstar to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role is about much more than just ticking off tickets, this is about truly delivering "WOW" levels of service to our users and creating a customer centric approach which will help us win in the external market. This will also be a great opportunity to increase and boost your knowledge, along with gaining new skills! We want to hire someone who is passionate about providing great service and excited by the prospect of deepening their knowledge on the next HR SaaS disruptor. You'll be expected to work standard working week hours.

What you'll be doing

  • Investigating technical product issues - interacting with customers to get to the root cause of issues and guiding them through how to resolve
  • Becoming a product expert - establishing a deep understanding of the product in your area, enabling outstanding customer experience
  • Collaborating with product teams - escalating technical issues to product and engineering and sharing updates on progress with our customers
  • Assessing product usability - stress testing product fixes and new releases to ensure only the best solutions reach our users

What you'll need

  • Proficient English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong writing skills and great numeracy and IT skills
  • Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Technical Support (L1/L2)
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Jira and Google Cloud platform knowledge

Compensation range

  • Poland: PLN8,100 - PLN9,800 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
