About the role
At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.
We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You'll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, specifically related to payments features, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing
- Identifying and developing key banking products, features, operations, licences, and growth opportunities
- Collaborating with teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance, as well as global stakeholders, to analyse and define the local payments strategy
- Creating business cases based on requirement definitions, and driving execution plans
- Managing project prioritisation and supporting license applications
- Defining the playbook and process execution to achieve hyper-growth
- Managing and developing relationships with critical vendors and strategic partnerships
What you'll need
- 5+ years of banking experience
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience drafting internal regulations/circulars related to deposit or currency exchange operations
- Experience with local banking systems and transaction management
- The ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
- To enjoy working with data
- Inherent curiosity and an interest in making a significant impact
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Expertise in data analysis using tools, such as SQL or Excel
- Experience engaging in corporate strategy and planning involving overseas offices
