About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for an Infrastructure Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, reliability, and scalability. You'll be overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects and bridging the gap between engineering teams and external vendors.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating infrastructure projects, from initial ticket creation and resource scheduling to final verification
• Collaborating with Engineering and Operations teams to resolve project dependencies and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintaining internal project dashboards and providing weekly status updates on infrastructure health and burn-down rates
• Standardising operational workflows and ensuring compliance with internal security policies for cloud environments
• Managing third-party vendor relationships to ensure alignment with organisational standards and hardware objectives

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in project or operations management within a technical or fintech environment
• A solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data centres
• Exceptional organisational skills with experience using industry tools to manage complex workflows
• The ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks for vendors and non-technical stakeholders
• A "get it done" attitude with the ability to identify risks in a project schedule before they become blockers

Nice to have

• Experience working in a sprint-based environment or managing a Kanban board
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS requirements as they relate to infrastructure
• Experience tracking invoices, purchase orders, and basic budget reconciliation for hardware procurement
