About the role

The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.

We're looking for a Collateral Manager Property Valuer to monitor our mortgage valuation framework. You'll oversee our panel of valuers, perform independent valuations, and support on creating statistical models and collateral management systems.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing internal real estate valuation
Reviewing the quality of valuation reports submitted by external property valuation companies
Advising and collaborating with other departments on real estate and valuation-related matters
Analysing the real estate market

What you'll need

A Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs (NRVT) real estate valuer qualification
Knowledge of Kadaster, EVS, NHG, NVM, VBO, and the Dutch housing market
A good understanding of the specifics of the real estate market, legal regulations, and valuation standards
The ability to evaluate real estate promptly and professionally
Solid analytical thinking and the ability to summarise information
The ability to work in a team and independently plan your activities
Excellent communication skills
To be quick, responsible, meticulous, proactive, and interested in innovation
A higher education degree
Fluency in English and Dutch
