At Fundación Randstad, we are looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree students to carry out their curricular or extracurricular internships.

The intern will become familiar with the functions of the area, supporting the department's various projects.

We are looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree students in the areas of IT, Human Resources, Marketing and Communication, Finance, and Operations.
Possess the necessary credits to carry out a 6-month internship (curricular or extracurricular). We only accept applications from students enrolled in degrees or master's programs at official universities.
Fluent English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Catalan will be valued.
A flexible and autonomous person, capable of meeting strict deadlines and open to giving and receiving regular feedback.
Precision and maximum commitment to complying with procedures and deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Excellent digital competencies (at minimum: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

We have a close and collaborative team, in an environment that encourages coaching and mentoring.
You will receive feedback oriented toward your development to ensure that you learn and understand the importance of your contribution.
You will also develop your business vision and leadership capabilities, acquiring knowledge about the operation of a fast-moving consumer goods company.

Paid university scholarship of €883 per month.
6 months, 30 hours per week.
Office work, morning schedule (from 9:00 to 16:00, with 1 hour of break).

Contar con los créditos necesarios para realizar unas prácticas (curriculares o extracurriculares) de 6 meses. Solo aceptamos candidaturas de estudiantes matriculados en grados o másteres de universidades oficiales.
Inglés fluido, tanto hablado como escrito. Se valorará el conocimiento de español y/o catalán.
Persona flexible y autónoma, capaz de cumplir plazos estrictos y abierta a dar y recibir feedback de forma regular.
Precisión y máximo compromiso con el cumplimiento de procedimientos y plazos.
Buenas habilidades comunicativas.
Excelentes competencias digitales (como mínimo: PowerPoint, Word y Excel).
