At CTC by Randstad, we are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator (Outsourcing) for one of our clients, a leader in the logistics sector located in the Parets del Vallès area - BARCELONA

1. Team Planning and Management:
- Planning: Based on the planning of tasks/handling to be performed and delivery dates.
- Distribution of handlers and Task Allocation: Positioning handlers at the various points of the production line.
- Supervision of work: Regularly throughout the workday, perform production tasks on the line, observing and verifying that operations are being carried out correctly and according to the stipulated times.
- Task/Operation recording: Recording the processes as they are carried out, noting the start date and time and the end date and time of each order. Once handling is completed, it is noted for table cleaning/disinfection.
- Onboarding and training of new hires: Welcome the new handler, show them the facilities and functions, and conduct onboarding training, explaining tasks, rules, delivering uniforms, etc.
