Mission:

Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance, with a special focus on the preparation and adaptation to the European Pay Transparency Directive.

Main Functions:

- Collaborate in the definition of the internal salary structure, including salary bands, job grading, and compensation frameworks aligned with job evaluations.
- Provide support in adapting to pay transparency regulations: gender pay gap analysis, remuneration audits, required documentation, and support for legal reporting.
- Evaluate and implement optimizations for the total compensation policy, ensuring consistency with the business strategy and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Analyze and monitor internal equity and external competitiveness through salary benchmarks, market surveys, and ad hoc studies.
- Review and manage the benefits portfolio, including relationships with providers and brokers.
- Collaborate in the planning and monitoring of the labor cost budget, ensuring efficiency and expenditure control.
- Develop dashboards and analytical models (KPIs) regarding compensation: pay gap, compa-ratio, market positioning, and impact on attraction and retention.
- Advise HR Business Partners and managers on remuneration decisions, ensuring consistency and equity.
- Prepare and maintain remuneration documentation and provide support for internal/external audits.
- Participate in digitalization and automation projects for compensation processes (HRIS, dashboards, etc.).
- Support annual salary review processes.
- Ensure correct professional classification and traceability of salary decisions.

Requirements:

- University Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Labor Relations, or similar.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in Compensation and Benefits, HR Analytics, or similar roles within People & Culture.
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation and equal pay regulations.
- Experience in data analysis (advanced Excel, Power BI, or other tools).
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (Hay, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc.).
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders (HR, Finance, Management).
- Analytical thinking and business orientation.
- Minimum English level B2.
