We are currently recruiting a Receptionist for our store in London.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers visiting our shops and provide information about the shop and its procedures.

  • Support sales consultants during appointments and fittings with useful advice and information to increase sales.

  • Answer phone calls and efficiently direct them to the right people.

  • Schedule, change and cancel appointments and fittings.

  • Ensure satisfactory customer service in the shop throughout the sales process.

  • Support the store manager when introducing the sales consultant to the customer.

  • Prepare order notes and process payments through various payment methods.

  • Check outstanding order forms and manage charges.

  • Follow up with customers who have cancelled their appointment or did not show up on the scheduled day.

  • Review the agenda weekly with the shop manager.

  • Close the cash register and prepare the settlement envelope.

  • Transfer information received from headquarters to the shop team.

  • Prepare and send internal mail at the beginning of the week and at the end of the month.

  • Keep the shop reception and information desks tidy at all times, as well as maintaining the overall image, ensuring that it is in line with internal policy.

  • Collaborate with the rest of the team, informing the shop manager about feedback received from customers.

  • Support shop managers with POS assistance and scheduling appointments and fittings.

  • Offer and serve drinks to customers during the Digital Book phase and at the close of the sale.

  • Support the management of transfers (receipt and dispatch of stock) between shops.

  • Manage requests, storage and replenishment of office supplies.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the premium or luxury brand sector. Someone who is passionate about providing excellent service to our customers with a positive attitude.
