• Analyse business and customer requirements, especially in the port sector, and transform them into Business Intelligence solutions.
• Design and develop dashboards and interactive reports using BI tools (Power BI, Qlikview/sense, metabase, superset, etc.).
• Define and monitor operational and business KPIs, automating reports and alerts.
• Model data and integrate information from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, flat files), ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Implement and optimise ETL processes and data flows to improve the performance of BI solutions.
• Analyse data and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with development, product and operations teams.
• Train and support internal users and customers in the use of BI solutions.
• Comply with and promote the organisation's Quality, Environmental and Information Security policies. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis in technological environments.
• Proficiency in:

• SQL
• Data modelling
• BI tools (Power BI, Qlikview/Qliksense)

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of the port or logistics sector.
• Analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Ability to understand complex processes and transform them into useful information.
• Ability to communicate with technical profiles and clients.
