How You Will Achieve It

• Contributes to the completion of projects, manages own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for activities on own projects.

• Participate in projects that require creativity and analytical skills.

• Ensure audit deliverables are providedtimelyand to a high standard.

• Facilitate and coordinate quarterly Balance Sheet review meetings with markets.

• Actively supportteam'svalue proposition by keeping processes aligned with the delivery model and global standard, adhering to our internal controls structures andhelpidentifyingprocess improvement opportunities.

• Contribute to team effort andassistco-workers as needed to balance workloads.

• Coordinate resolution of any issues, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.

• Effectively coordinate and drive knowledge sharing through a mix of remote interaction and site visits according to business needs.

• Ensure proper documentation on all transactions based oncompany'spolicies and procedures around accounting.

• Prepare basic analysis for external accountants and Corporate Audit and ensure adherence to local accounting regulations.

• Align with working capital initiatives to ensure the payment on time for NAM-LATAM markets.

• Guarantee the resolution of the cash open items and the resolution for all the reject& returnpayments.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree or in progress in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

• 2-3 years of relevant functionalfinance experience at ShareServiceCenterIndustry.

• Experience in banking platforms.

• Payments General knowledge (Manual Payment and Host to Host experiences).

• Proficiencyin MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Good written and verbal English communication skillsrequired. Portuguese is a plus.

• InformationTechnology skills, System Application & Products, Power BI.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Relevant pharmaceutical / manufactured experience.

• Experience in dealing with external auditors and overseeing the audit process
