PASSNFLY is a start-up company established in 2012, based in central Barcelona, Spain, providing a digital solution for checking in to flights. Passengers are automatically checked in to their preferred seats and sent the boarding pass to their phone. By doing so, the passenger does not have to print out the paperwork, since the boarding pass can be displayed on their phone when arriving at the airport.

Currently, PASSNFLY is providing check-in for more than 200 airlines, while still expanding. In the company, there is a start-up atmosphere, working as one big team. Moreover, the management structure is consistent and very integrated. The collaboration between managers and interns is tight.

Currently, the team is looking for an Operations Intern to support us for a period of a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. What will you be working on?

- Close cooperation with the team

- Online data research

- Qualitative and quantitative

- Data analysis and creating data-based projects

- Software testing (QA)

- Feature and product testing

- Bug reporting

- Design and update timelines on performance management software

- Asana

- Design spreadsheets and spreadsheet maintenance

- Analyze spreadsheets and spreadsheet maintenance

- Conceive and edit legal documentation for apps and/or services

- Work on team projects - Organize and lead/participate in project meetings

- Regular meetings with the supervisors to receive feedback on your work Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the PASSNFLY team!
