Nous recherchons un·e Key Account Manager en VIE à partir de septembre 2026, basé·e à Barcelone.
Au sein de l'équipe Strategic Partnerships de papernest, ta mission consiste à développer les performances d'un portefeuille de partenaires immobiliers et à le fidéliser.

Your futures missions :

  • Suivi des performances de ton portefeuille de partenaires via la conception et le suivi de dashboards analytics

  • Animation de ton portefeuille : training des équipes partenaires, calls et visio réguliers pour mettre en oeuvre des plans d'action d'amélioration de la performance, business review pour fixer des objectifs avec le partenaire

  • Identification des partenaires à risque et minimisation du churn (non-utilisation du service) : recherche des motifs de sous-performance de certains partenariats et proposition de solutions

  • Amélioration de notre qualité de service en collectant les feedbacks des partenaires et de leurs clients : tu es la voix du client/partenaire

  • Collaboration avec les autres métiers chez papernest (CRM, Produit, Opérations) : tu participes à l'amélioration de la proposition de valeur de papernest

About you :
