Requirements
Required experience
- Minimum 5+ years in IAM strategy development and execution
- Advanced proficiency in IAM/IDP (OKTA), API integrations, and forward thinking
- Demonstrated experience in multi-year technology roadmap planning
- Track record of successful large-scale IAM transformations
- Knowledge of identity governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Understanding of zero-trust architecture principles and implementation strategies;
- Demonstrable experience of Okta components such as: user lifecycle, advanced MFA, OIG would be great;
- Experience in passwordless and device state implementations in OKTA (or EntraID etc)
- Experience working in Agile (Atlassian suite), and SaaS stack (google, slack, etc); Knowledge of GIT, TF, IaaC, CaaC experience is a big plus
- Demonstrable proficiency in use of gemini, claude etc in the role (AI efficiency, not-being scared to use, embracing risks and benefits - which helps with understanding and building with AI in mind)
- Knowledge of code/no-code/low-code, building workflows in Okta workflows or other toolsExperience of work with HRIS tools for upstream;
- Experience of handling and building/deconstructing for M&As
- Experience in managing and participating in the complete lifecycle of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As) related to systems and infrastructure;

Job Description
- In the leadership role, the individual has the responsibility of overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure of the organization. As a Senior strategist and technical leader, the role involves offering technical expertise and guidance to Engineers while architecting forward-thinking IAM/IDP and SaaS solutions that align with business objectives over 3-5 year horizons. This position requires collaborating as part of a team to design integrated systems that consist of multiple applications, ensuring seamless integration between OKTA for identity management, Google Workspace for productivity workflows, and Slack for team communication channels, with a strategic lens on scalability, security evolution, and AI technology adoption.
- The individual assumes the position of a strategic project lead, IAM/IDP, SaaS visionary and for Merge and Aquisitions, overseseeing projects with multiple milestones and participants while developing comprehensive roadmaps for identity governance maturation. They are responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions through comprehensive reviews and testing processes, particularly in areas of single sign-on (SSO) implementations, Google Workspace migrations, Slack workspace and other SaaS solutions optimization, and they consistently strive for improvements that support long-term organizational transformation.
- Furthermore a key enabler, actively collaborate with other teams to develop and implement strategic IT policies, procedures, and best practices around identity governance evolution, cloud productivity security frameworks, and communication platform management that anticipate future business needs. Your contribution plays a critical role in driving innovation and optimizing system performance within the organization while positioning the company for sustainable IAM/IDP and SaaS maturity.
