Technical Requirements

  • Experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, APIs, integrations, Power BI
  • Experience with survey programming tools (QuestionPro, Qualtrics, Alchemer)
  • Understanding of workflow automation; CI/CD familiarity is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Copilot, prompt engineering)

Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in survey programming, analytics, workflow automation, or technical roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Market Research, or related fields
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to build innovative solutions

Role Summary

This role is a hands‑on technical and analytical position within our global Survey Innovation team. You will help modernize our survey operations by designing automated workflows, integrating AI capabilities, enabling platform migration, and ensuring high-quality, scalable delivery of survey products.

Job Purpose

Support the solution architect in implementing end‑to‑end survey workflows and connecting third‑party survey platforms with our internal data ecosystem (Data Factory & Discover BI). This role enables modernization through automation, AI‑assisted survey design, improved quality control, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Implement automated survey workflows using the new survey platform (QuestionPro)
  • Translate business and analyst requirements into structured, automated logic flows
  • Support AI‑assisted survey design and advanced programming
  • Collaborate in testing and implementing AI workflows (survey design, adaptive surveys, NLP insights)
  • Contribute to migration from legacy platforms to the new third‑party platform
  • Integrate external survey systems with internal BI, Data Factory, and APIs
  • Build KPI dashboards and monitoring tools to detect issues early
  • Support fraud detection workflows and QA guardrails
  • Validate survey data and partner with data scientists on predictive features
  • Collaborate closely with solution architect, data scientists, delivery teams, and vendors
