Requirements
Qualifications
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel (advanced), Project Management software, CRM, Power BI.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
- 2–5 years at NIQ in roles such as Operations, Client Service, Product, Commercial, or PMO.
- Good understanding of NIQ’s measurement / data processes and how work flows across teams.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail; comfortable handling multiple workstreams.
- Solid Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills; experience with basic dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to follow up constructively and persistently with peers and managers.
- Interest in building a career in product, program management or product operations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.

About this Job
Support the Program Lead and Product team in tracking and coordinating the 2026 Product & Commercial initiatives for Latin America. This role keeps our plans, milestones and risks visible and up to date, so we can protect launch dates and revenue.
Ideal for someone who already knows NIQ's operation and commercial reality and wants to grow toward product / program management.
Responsabilities
- Plan projects with clear milestones and tasks in alignment with the team and stakeholders.
- Communicate project plans to all relevant parties and report any deviations during execution.
- Coordinate resources and team workload to meet deadlines.
- Identify and manage risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure proper Change Management for smooth transition to BAU (Business as Usual).
- Maintain updated documentation (project plans, risk/issue logs, status reports).
- Lead post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.
- Promote teamwork through regular knowledge-sharing and feedback sessions.
