Qualifications

 

  • Strong analytical skills for SEO performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Extensive experience with keyword research and keyword management.
  • Proven record of increasing organic and paid performance in large B2B companies.
  • Proficiency in managing SEO platforms (BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing paid search strategies.
  • Ability to train users on search tools and best practices.
  • Knowledge of competitor analysis and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and paid search strategy.

Company Description

This role involves developing and executing SEO, AIO and paid search strategies, managing keyword research, and optimizing search performance. The strategist will enhance organic traffic and support teams with SEO/AIO/SEA best practices globally and regionally.

Job Description

  • Be the Leader for SEO, SEA and AIO at NIQ.
  • Work with senior stakeholders and content creators to ensure content performance.
  • Develop and roll out strategies for SEO, AIO and SEA, together with performance tracking and a KPI framework.
  • Conduct keyword research, prompt research and manage keyword groups.
  • Monitor performance, including domain authority and topical performance.
  • Partner with content teams to provide the right keyword strategy for articles, reports and strategic content areas.
  • Support local SEO efforts, including local topics and languages.
  • Provide competitor insights regarding ads, topic share, and other KPIs.
  • Develop and execute paid search strategy and global search campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid search channels and ad accounts, ensure best practices in all our paid search campaigns.
  • Develop and run governance guidelines for all marketing teams for SEO and SEA.
  • Set up KPIs, track performance, and manage against the defined goals.
  • Manage and optimize SEO platforms (BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.).
  • Train users in search tools, trends and best practices.
  • Monitor and enhance organic traffic, website health, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with other teams for a seamless cross-channel experience.
  • Monitor competition and integrate A/B testing into search marketing initiatives.
