About You

You are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the execution of quality plans within your assigned production area. You understand what is happening quality‑wise within your operation and can identify key topics, generating recommendations and initiatives to improve quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a quality focus, or a Technical Career.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Senior Operations Analyst.
  • Green Belt Certification (preferred)
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas, shortcuts, macros).
  • Strong creativity and innovation skills oriented toward process improvement.

About Job

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Input Validation to lead data quality across assigned countries, ensuring First Time Right, On Time Delivery (99%), reduction of Quality Escapes, and adoption of end‑to‑end automation. This role is key to elevating the Data Quality NPS, executing 2026 strategic initiatives, and developing high‑performance teams.

You will manage information quality with a strong focus on continuous improvement, defining actions and opportunities that ensure people and processes operate correctly for the training and growth of Quality Executives in assigned countries. You will act as the SPOC for your designated markets and serve as the quality reference point for all processes in each production cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of data quality and continuous improvement plans by country/cluster.
  • Monitor and take action on key KPIs: QEM, Quality Escapes, OTD, NPS.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, checklists, and pre‑delivery controls.
  • Coordinate operational planning and prioritization of BAU deliverables and projects.
  • Drive the adoption of automation and process standardization.
  • Escalate incidents and bottlenecks to IT / Support / Transformation in a timely manner.
  • Manage budget and contribute to the 2026 objectives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives (AIMs), ensuring on‑time & first‑time‑right execution.
  • Lead and develop the team, promoting continuous feedback, accountability, and engagement.
  • Ensure completion of the performance, development, and STEM culture cycle.
  • Adjust monthly, weekly, and daily production according to operational issues alongside the Project Manager.
  • Address operational requests (input requirements for analysis, verification of procedures, category information, item-specific information).
  • Measure global KPIs.
