Job Description

About this Job

Want to make a direct impact on the shopping experience? Having the Full View™ of consumer behavior allows NIQ to develop predictive analytics products that impact pricing strategies, supply chains, shelf designs, and more. By joining this team, you will take global data, backed by leading data science, to help our clients stay well ahead of the next trend.

NielsenIQ Route‑to‑Market (RTM) solutions help companies optimize distribution by identifying the best stores to target, allocating the salesforce where it can generate the greatest impact, and predicting the effectiveness of media and in‑store initiatives through simulated test‑and‑control analyses before full execution.

As a Mid‑Level RTM Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening NielsenIQ's Advanced Analytics practice by conducting targeted marketing research and analyzing sell‑out data to recommend the most effective strategies for optimizing execution across diverse distribution channels. You will independently compile, analyze, and interpret data, transforming complex findings into clear, insight‑driven client reports and presentations. In this role, you will deliver polished analyses with precise conclusions and actionable recommendations, contributing directly to the RTM Solutions team's ability to drive revenue growth and foster long‑term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end execution of Route to Market (RTM) projects, from initial design through the preparation of analytical inputs and the delivery of actionable insights.
  • Develops consultative reports that align study results with client objectives, participates in client meetings and presentations, and provides high‑quality supporting materials as needed.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the full RTM portfolio and all related solutions, taking proactive steps throughout project execution and applying all available tools accurately and effectively.
  • Anticipates client questions and challenges, identifying issues early and seeking solutions independently while leveraging internal resources appropriately.
  • Ensures that all internal and external deadlines are met, maintaining a smooth process flow and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams - including commercial and modeling groups - to deliver consistent, high‑quality outputs aligned with expectations
