What the Adventure Looks Like Daily
- The Direct Connection: You will be the friendly, go-to lifeline for customers back home, answering questions via phone, interactive live chat, and email. Zero cold calling-they come to you!
- Tech Solutions Made Simple: You'll guide users through quick, satisfying digital fixes-like setting up mobile data roaming, activating brand-new SIM cards, or troubleshooting high-speed home internet and TV box setups.
- The Creative Mindset: You will spot perfect moments to introduce existing customers to better packages or smart add-ons. No sales background needed; we teach you how to do it comfortably and naturally.
- System Mastery: Keep customer files clean and updated within our modern CRM platform.
Requirements
- Linguistic Skills: You are a fluent C2/Native-level Dutch speaker with a solid, confident baseline in English (B1 minimum) to seamlessly navigate our international office.
- Natural Communicator: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, bring a warm vibe, and don't get shaken easily by a tech question.
- Digital Native: You know your way around standard software interfaces, can troubleshoot your own Wi-Fi, and pick up new tools quickly.
- Legally Ready: You hold a valid EU Passport or full legal residency status allowing you to work under a Spanish contract immediately.
- Roster Ready: Full flexibility to work a vibrant service schedule within our opening windows (Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 and Weekends 09:00-17:30). Your availability is mandatory for crucial peaks on Monday mornings, Friday evenings, up to 3 evening shifts per week until 20:00, and 2 weekend rotations per month.

We offer flexible contract sizes ranging from 32 to 39 hours per week, with a competitive base salary of up to €2,094 gross/month (plus an extra 15% performance bonus every single month to fuel your weekend travels).
- Paid On-Site Academy: 4 weeks of full-time, fully paid training (2 weeks classroom learning, 1 week on-the-job nesting, 1 week expert coaching) where you will bond with your new team.
- Work from Home Flexibility: Spend your first 3 months building your skills on-site with your team. After that, unlock a flexible hybrid model (2-3 days per week from home based on performance).
- Summer Relocation Packages: Choose between 2 full months in shared, pre-arranged company apartments with fellow colleagues OR secure your own spot and get a massive €1,500 cash relocation bonus paid with your second salary.
