Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
• Guide customers through detailed technical processes and solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions in our support system.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer informed support.
• Contribute to improving our support processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and support tools is an advantage.
