-What will your day to day be like?-

This is a triangular role built on three complementary pillars: Design, Strategy, and Business Development.

You will:

• Actively participate in project execution as an embedded designer within the local team, contributing direct production capacity and ensuring quality in deliverables.

• Evolve and enrich the commercial narrative of the Bilbao studio, expanding the value proposition beyond its current scope — incorporating digital and experience layers into the portfolio.

• Update the studio's storytelling and positioning, building a broader, more contemporary and differentiated offer.

• Drive new business generation and active prospecting — identifying, approaching and converting new clients in the Bilbao market.

• Design and execute networking events and formats (breakfasts, roundtables, etc.) to attract prospects and build brand awareness in Bilbao.

• Develop a strategic growth plan, including a viability roadmap that identifies when and which additional profiles will be needed to sustain growth.

• Work closely with the existing Bilbao team to integrate seamlessly and multiply the impact of existing relationships and networks.

• Background in Industrial Design

• Someone who can think, sell and make — with strategic vision, design sensibility and a genuine commercial vocation.

• Strong business development skills: ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new clients.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to craft and evolve a compelling value proposition.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading client conversations and pitches.

• Experience working in or leading small, agile design teams.

• Entrepreneurial spirit: someone who takes ownership, moves with initiative, and thrives in a growth context.

• Fluent in Spanish and professional proficiency in English

• Based in Bilbao.
